How the Rental Collection Works

When you place an order here, you're reserving a rental period for the full collection shown — not purchasing the uniforms. This payment covers the reservation of this collection for 14-days. 

What happens after you order

1. Our customer service team reaches out. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation, and our team will onboard you into the Stay Other Client Portal, where your order details and Rental Contract live.
2. We receive and process your order. Payment for the full collection is collected within 14 days of your reservation period.
3. You select your rental duration and sign. Rental duration is chosen when the contract is executed, with our customer service team, not at checkout.
4. Your rental period begins. The rental period starts on the date stated in your signed Rental Contract, not on the date of purchase.

Care and return

Care and cleaning instructions are provided in the Client Portal and outlined in your Rental Contract. All uniforms are due back by the return date listed on your contract, washed, cleaned, and in their original condition.

Please be aware of the following:

• Damaged or missing items will be charged the full replacement cost of each item not returned in its original state.
• Uniforms returned unwashed or not cleaned as instructed will incur a cleaning charge, as agreed in the Rental Contract.
