Uniform Rentals
These are rentals, not purchases. Ordering a collection below reserves a rental period for the full set of uniforms shown. The uniforms themselves are not for sale. Expand the sections below for details.
How the Rental Collection works
- Place your order. Payment for the full collection is collected at checkout, along with shipping to the address you provide.
- We confirm and onboard you. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation and our customer service team will set you up in the Stay Other Client Portal, where your order details and Rental Contract live.
- Select your rental duration and sign. Rental duration is chosen when the contract is executed with our team, not at checkout.
- Your rental period begins. The rental period starts on the date stated in your signed Rental Contract, not the date of purchase. We ship your collection at that time.
Care and return
Care and cleaning instructions are provided in the Client Portal and outlined in your Rental Contract. All uniforms are due back by the return date on your contract, washed, cleaned, and in their original condition.
- Damaged or missing items are charged the full replacement cost of each item not returned in its original state.
- Uniforms returned unwashed or not cleaned as instructed incur a cleaning charge, as agreed in the Rental Contract.
